Perform inquiry and contract review in conjunction with Sales and Engineering to identify and address project and production requirements.
Based on customer, engineering and manufacturing specifications, prepare ITPs to ensure that project requirements are clearly captured & implemented.
Address any specialized customer documentation requirements for projects as required.
Conduct Kick‑off meetings with customers and/or third‑party inspection agencies for approval of quality plans.
