DarkVision, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance across our hardware, firmware, and software products. You will be responsible for building and running a practical, high-impact QA function that improves product reliability without slowing down innovation.

This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. You will manage and mentor QA staff, define test strategies, and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to ensure real-world issues are reproduced, validated, and prevented from recurring. You will champion risk-based testing, smart prioritization, and fast feedback over heavyweight process.

This regular full-time position is on-site in our HQ in North Vancouver, BC, where employees enjoy full access to our facility amenities including a well-equipped gym, squash court, climbing wall, steam room, and more!
