Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead.
• Strong experience in Banking domain.
• Expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
• Solid knowledge of API Testing and database validation (SQL).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
