The Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist supports the organization’s commitment to quality, compliance, and service excellence by coordinating internal audits, monitoring adherence to legislative and accreditation standards, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role works closely with the operations team to promote consistency in documentation, audit practices, and service delivery standards across programs, identifying risks, tracking corrective actions, and providing guidance to support compliance with Ministry requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies within the developmental services sector.
