Quality Assistant Director (Project) is a primary point of contact for the client regarding the Quality Management System (QMS). For this purpose, he organizes workshops and initiates the necessary discussions to maintain a climate of trust with the client, obtain reviews of QMS documents, and coordinate improvement actions and customer satisfaction measurements. All tasks of the Quality Director may be delegated to him in the event of the latter’s absence. To this end, he remains involved in all key topics concerning the Quality Department.
