Responsible for leading an IT capability or service delivery function. Direct and manage the technology solution delivery in support of business and technology plans. Accountable for IT delivery, IT operations, service management, staff management and development and IT capability leadership. Scope will cover the small to mid-size capabilities of a moderately complex nature, and will require occasional contact with senior level organization leaders where the ability to influence will be expected. This role operates independently and under general direction from leadership.
