QA Lead / Test Lead

Dawn InfoTekInc is seeking an experienced QA Lead / Test Lead to work at our client’s and our office locations. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, security, and functionality of online banking applications . You will serve as the primary QA point of contact between the client and vendor teams, ensuring that testing processes and deliverables meet client expectations.

Hybrid - 3 days a week in office located in Downtown Toronto, and North York

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the QA Lead on behalf of the vendor at the client site.
• Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for client-facing online banking applications.
• Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, test data preparation and management, and test scripts .
