• Execute end-to-end QA processes for a wide range of Localization and Data Services projects.
• Initiate and execute planned verifications and tests, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability.
• Report quality issues (quality process or performance).
• Analyze and evaluate statistical reports to proactively identify and improve individual and team results, to improve client satisfaction.
