About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities supporting electric motor and gear manufacturing. This role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of materials, components, tooling, and services critical to production operations.


What you will do:

  • Source and manage materials such as copper windings, steel laminations, castings, bearings, magnets, electronics and related components

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, tooling, and capacity with suppliers

  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams

  • Drive cost-reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives

  • Manage suppliers using quality, delivery, and cost metrics

  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems and ensure policy and quality compliance
