Key Responsibilities
+ Data Entry & Order Processing
+ Accurately process high volumes of purchasing and order data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Email & Communication Management
+ Manage a high-volume inbox (approximately 50–60 emails per day) and handle occasional inbound phone calls.
+ System & Data Maintenance
+ Enter, update, and track purchasing information within the AS400 ERP system.
