About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Hotel Sales Team
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (where applicable), and related documentation
  • Coordinate client enquiries, follow-ups, and internal communications with relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support appointment scheduling, meetings, and client correspondence for the sales team
  • Assist with report generation, lead tracking, and sales pipeline updates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales admin
