You will function as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams, providing consultation, intervention, and collaboration to support patient‑ and family‑centred care. Practice is guided by professional standards, AHS policies, and ethical guidelines. This position is situated in the Functional Rehab pathway and will support the inpatient and outpatient populations as required.
