Job Title: Proposal Manager Location: Toronto Employment Type: Contract - till December 2026
Our established construction client is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Proposal Manager to join their team in Toronto. This role is responsible to lead the end-to-end development of high-quality proposal submissions in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other formal solicitations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the proposal development process from intake and kickoff through submission, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define win strategies, collect input, and shape proposal content.
Draft, revise, and polish proposal sections, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to RFP/RFQ requirements.
Develop and refine reusable content such as templates, staff bios, project profiles, and boilerplate sections.
