As a Proposal Coordinator Co-op, you will support the proposal team under the guidance of a Proposal Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with RFx submission coordination and document preparation
• Review RFx documents for submission requirements and deadlines
• Maintain proposal schedules, trackers, and document libraries
• Prepare and format documents using templates and branding standards
• Support version management in SharePoint and internal systems
