Focus on load optimization by carefully monitoring delivery statistics per truck (liters delivered per drop, liters delivered per Km travelled) and make adjustments accordingly to increase efficiency.
Ensure that the preventive maintenance program is being performed on each delivery unit and all required inspections are completed and documented in departments filing system. Raise any missing reports to the driver and escalate to their supervisor if required.
Daily collaboration with CRC Supply and 3rd party Transporters to ensure sufficient product is allocated and delivered in a timely manner. This is achieved by maintaining the Allocation Worksheets in a timely manner.
