Overview

Role summary: As the lead within AIRBUS Atlantic Canada for the Programme Management Office, your mission is to support the VSM Programme managers as a co-pilot in securing our objectives: from developing the 5-year roadmap with the management team, to translating it into clear objectives, structuring projects large and small (such as developments), establishing control measures (Key Performance Indicators) and steering routines, implementing processes, tools, methods and routines, and ensuring teams are properly trained and adhere to processes. Your expertise and leadership, together with appropriate methods and tools, will enable you and your teams to structure, drive performance and ensure successful project execution, and to lead or co-lead key structural projects to meet programme challenges.
