The Project Manager’s mandate is to serve the company’s strategic vision and deliver critical projects by contributing directly to Client Experience and Operational Excellence - for and throughout the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the project manager role will work most closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the leadership team, to drive projects across planning, operations, and delivery processes leveraging professional oversight, expertise and experience.
As a primary custodian of the organization’s Project Management Information System, the Project Manager must diligently document, track, measure, and communicate project updates, details, dates, deadlines, and KPIs to successful completion of projects.
