Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master with over years of experience in Agile delivery, team coaching, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and servant leader, capable of driving Agile practices across multiple teams and departments. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams.

Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on best practices.

Drive Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
