The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The client is an established residential developer with successful experience building challenging landmark projects across Ontario with an ever‑growing very extensive project pipeline.
