Leading General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager in Vancouver BC to support and assist the project team in all coordination aspects of the construction of a major residential high-rise project. The Project Manager will provide overall direction for assigned projects and assumes responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality assurance and project status. This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, consultants, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract.
