Enterprise PM experience: 2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), with flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments
Full lifecycle ownership: Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time)
Strong communication & stakeholder management: Confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies
