We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M) engagements.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
