Responsibilities
Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support for large construction projects or several smaller projects.
Accountable for safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance.
Oversee and review performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
Oversee the development and implementation of project safety plans.
Manage project team, client representative, consultant, and trade contractor relationships.
Manage change order process, including pricing and negotiating.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
