Description

In this role, you’ll manage renovation projects, oversee smaller contracts, and support the estimating team with project management responsibilities. You will contribute to our growth while upholding the care, reliability, and professionalism our clients expect. This position is based out of our Kingston, ON office.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural/mechanical drawings, specifications, and prepare detailed proposals to secure contracts.
• Conduct site visits and maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, supervisors, and other trades.
• Coordinate preparation of shop drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation details with installation crews.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including design coordination, labour scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, change orders, and project closeout.
