You as a ‘Project Manager, Insurance Assessment’ will:
Deliver services in a role as a Building Consultant or Cost Consultant on mid to large loss insurance claims and other construction related projects
Provide excellent communication between our clients and project related stakeholders
Assess restoration measures onsite, develop scope of repairs, monitor and report on site activity and prepare budgets and other estimating exercises as required
Review Building Code compliance issues and upgrade requirements with consultants and provide recommendations
Prepare and implement competitive tender packages for contractors and trades.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project related activities for stakeholders as well as EllisDon management.
