The Project Manager I (Strategy) role will support activities related to a program or research focused on health.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Program and Project Management
Oversee strategic/policy decisions and operational plans for program design, development and execution, working directly with internal and external project teams.
Develop new partnerships and maintains existing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (hospitals, community agencies, primary care clinics) by conducting outreach and relationship building
Conducting environmental scans and asset mapping to inform the development of strategy and updating of KPIs
Establishes KPIs to track project impact and informs strategic course correction based on data
In collaboration with the Research Manager II facilitate and lead weekly team development meetings
