POSITION OVERVIEW The client isseeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Construction Team. This position will oversee projects located throughout Vancouver Island, from Victoria to Comox. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and controlling construction activities to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and labour management
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
