Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall and cross‑functional management of one or more large‑scale projects, with budgets that can reach several hundred million dollars, from the initial planning phase through to handover to operations. He or she coordinates all internal and external disciplines involved in the project and ensures that it is completed in accordance with cost, schedule, quality, permit, and governance objectives.
