Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
The role sits within the Enterprise Project Office - Program Delivery Team, supporting enterprise-wide regulatory initiatives across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
o Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for regulatory initiatives.
o Define scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets; ensure alignment with enterprise delivery standards.
o Monitor milestones, track progress, and resolve issues to maintain timelines.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- Directors, BAs, PMs, and stakeholders.
o Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports for leadership.
