PROJECT MANAGER

Role Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all production‑level projects (usually crews of 6+ and projects with a minimum duration of 1 week). This role owns the project from award through close‑out and ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with TriForce’s Production Process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Intake & Transition

• Review newly awarded production projects following estimator handoff
• Confirm scope of work, schedule assumptions, access requirements, and constraints
• Identify and document known risks or project sensitivities
• Ensure project documentation, drawings, and information are complete and accessible
