GD LEAD is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the management and delivery of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating as well as excellent organizational skills. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders

• Monitor deadlines, costs and quality

• Collaborate with the internal team (property management, accounting, management)

• Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutions

Required profile

• Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset)
