Our client is looking for a Project Manager who knows civil construction from the ground up — someone who can manage budgets, own client relationships, drive schedules, and keep crews accountable without losing sight of what's happening in the field.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT An established civil subcontractor delivering municipal infrastructure, underground utility, and road construction projects across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. They have a strong backlog, a skilled field team, and are looking for a PM who can step in and lead projects end-to-end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage civil construction projects from award through to closeout — budget, schedule, quality, and safety

Develop and maintain project schedules; proactively identify and mitigate risks to the critical path

Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor costs, forecast spend, and manage change orders
