Collaborate closely with international and offshore teams while leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies and industry-leading project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and Slack. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, influence service excellence through SLA management, and contribute to pre-sales activities by showcasing project management best practices to prospective customers.
