Job Summary

Leads and coaches teams in their adoption of Scrum theory. Supports and guides teams to execute the Scrum Framework successfully and continuously improve their productivity and performance. Guides teams and product owners through the adoption of agile practices. Supports the delivery of the product backlog, prioritises work for upcoming sprints and keeps teams on task and time. Facilitates collaboration across teams and stakeholders including product owners. Enables teams by helping to remove obstacles to delivery and success.

Responsibilities

• Coaches the team to apply the techniques of Agile Methodology with Scrum Framework to enable their success and the workflow process.
• Ensures scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximising the performance of the team.
