As the Lead Project Estimator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end estimating process for landscape, irrigation, and hardscape construction projects. This role requires a sharp analytical eye, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure projects are accurately estimated and executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project scopes and review specifications to determine precise requirements.
Identify materials and labor needs, obtaining subcontractor bids and proposals.
Resolve any plan discrepancies and ensure timely completion of estimates.
Prepare and present cost evaluations and recommendations to stakeholders.
