Senior Associate, Engineering at ML6 Search + Talent Advisory The Opportunity:

This role supports the Engineering Manager and plays a key part in the development and launch of new programs. You’ll help drive both upfront product development and in-plant activities, while overseeing the design, build, and validation of secondary equipment, check fixtures, and packaging solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing program leadership and serving as a customer interface for assigned projects, including APQP meetings and paint/mould/assembly trials.

Executing the full lifecycle (scope, source, design, build, validate...
