Project Engineering Lead , you will lead project engineering execution from sales through delivery for new builds and modernization projects. You will define execution plans, direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, and act as the primary technical interface with the Yard, Owner, and Classification Societies. You are accountable for design quality, schedule, budget, and technical documentation, while providing technical support throughout the contract and guarantee period. You will also contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Report engineering progress and risks to the Project Manager
Manage design quality, budget, schedule, and design subcontractor contracts
