Review and interpret equipment technical specifications and support equipment selection for capital and maintenance projects. Develop and prepare scopes of work for engineering and construction packages. Perform and document engineering reviews, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Operations and cross‑functional teams to scope projects, identify technical challenges, and define effective solutions. Support and participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including Management of Change (MOC) processes.
