Key Tasks
Provide executive-level direction and leadership across a program of interrelated digital transformation projects, ensuring coherent strategy, governance, and delivery aligned with the strategic objectives
Serve as the most senior point of accountability with external stakeholders, software vendors, and strategic partners, setting expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment across delivery streams
Partner with executive sponsors and senior business owners to define transformation vision, set program scope, establish success criteria, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs
Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices across all workstreams
