JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, review and maintain the Project Budget and Cost Control procedures, including the cost/budget Reporting Procedure, the Invoicing Procedure, as per the Affiliate and the PJC Rules. Review the Project CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) and ensure with the Planning Engineer this is compatible with the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
