Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension.Β This role is 2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
Track and reconcile project financials monthly; investigate variances and escalate issues as needed.
Support PMs and Scrum Masters across Agile and Waterfall projects with scheduling and coordination.
Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items promptly; manage project artifacts.
Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; ensure timely updates and resolutions.
Prepare monthly financial review materials and support variance analysis with Finance teams.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and coordinate recurring project meetings..
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of previous PCO experience
Strong experience with managing project financials
