About This Opportunity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of our Building Quality Assurance team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs drawing reviews(architectural, specifications, shop drawings and material submittals, etc.);
  • Perform periodicfield and mock-up reviews and employ a reporting system to identify and revise action items as needed;
  • Prepare and review reports and communicate the results of reviews to the client, including meetings with clients as needed;
  • Conducts on-site testing to validate the performance of building enclosures, including assessments for water and air leakage and guard rail systems;
  • Assist builders and developers in addressing new construction methods, deficiencies or responding to claims of deficiencies;
  • The ideal candidate must be flexible and open to a mix of field and office tasks, coordinating travel to assigned sites as necessary;
