We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support large-scale maintenance, outage, and industrial projects within the Nuclear power generation sector.
Hybrid work arrangement (mainly remote, only onsite at the site during outage work)
Canadian nuclear security clearance holder wanted
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting project schedules, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities
Working closely with engineering, field services, operations, procurement, and quality teams
Assisting with outage planning, maintenance coordination, inspections, and equipment overhauls
Tracking project milestones, risks, materials, action items, and deliverables
Supporting cost tracking, schedule updates, and project reporting
Coordinating meetings and communication between multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
