As an EllisDon Furniture, Equipment and Design (ED FED) Project Coordinator, you will support the ED FED Project Managers (PMs) and collaborate with external stakeholders.
Support the ED FED Project Managers on existing and upcoming project works;
Collaborate with external project team members such as the Client/Owner, Consultants, Vendors and Trade Partners;
Coordinate FFE requirements with the consultants’ construction documents;
Facilitate regular project team, Stakeholder and User Group meetings as required;
Assist with documentation administration;
Prepare and coordinate procurement documents;
Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to source furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines;
Plan and execute procurement activities between User Groups and potential vendors;
