About This Opportunity

Description

You are a Project Coordinator who will maintain project systems and procedures, including master filing systems, project billings, cost accounting, project delivery status, and reporting. Utilizing your administrative and customer service skills, you will provide technical and administrative support, including assisting Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and compliance activities. You have a strong understanding of safety, quality, and the coordination of multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a hybrid position. The minimum expectation is reporting to our Milton, ON office twice per month. The position follows a Wednesday to Sunday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.
