Tesla is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the company's growing Technical Project team needs. This role requires someone who is highly organized and confident in their ability to coordinate projects within set deadlines, with ongoing cooperation with other departments and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update a master project priority list weekly, incorporating stakeholder input and ensuring alignment in plans, resources, and reporting
• Own the integrated project schedule, proactively resolving conflicts, conducting weekly health checks, and flagging risks to delivery timelines
• Track milestones and phase gates rigorously, elevate delays with impact assessments, and maintain an active risk register with mitigation plans
• Manage budget tracking, invoice/PO processing, and forecast updates while providing regular spend summaries to stakeholders
