Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Manage assigned projects end-to-end by coordinating schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, while proactively escalating risks and issues.
Develop, maintain, and governance project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, and action trackers) to support effective decision-making.
Own back-office project operations across multiple Project and Portfolio Managers, ensuring accurate PMO tool data, project metadata, milestones, resourcing, and financial inputs.
Prepare and deliver clear weekly and monthly leadership reports summarizing progress, milestones, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action-item follow-up to ensure alignment and execution.
