In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with all aspects of construction projects including budget, schedules, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, forecasting, purchases and warranty.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of permit packages by coordinating drawings and information required for the application and approval process and assist in obtaining all other municipal permits
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of the project tender packages, including scopes of work customized for the specific project
• Prepare bid analysis spreadsheets and recommendations for PM approval
• Prepare the subcontracts and purchase orders for execution
