Reporting to the VP of Projects, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:
Assists with the change management process including notifications, submissions and pricing.
Assists with schedule entry and project updates in E2P.
Monitors the project schedule and assists in anticipating problems. Proactively notifies the Project Manager of any matters that may result in a change in the overall project schedule.
Tracks all RFI’s and approvals to ensure a smooth process.
Expedites any changes to engineering, detailing, fabrication and/or erection.
Attends project kick‑off meetings and records the Meeting Minutes.
Enters purchases into e‑requestor.
Updates the “Project Updates” section of the company intranet.
