Project Coordinator responsible for providing overall administrative and technical expertise required to support a large scale construction project across Hamilton, ON.
Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent and Project Manager in planning and implementing schedules, determining manpower levels, material quantities, inspections, equipment, and requirements.
Advise on potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems.
Interface with project team, subcontractors and related third parties.
Assist in managing work on‑site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Monitor work performance to ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project rules and procedures.
Maintain and analyze up‑to‑date cost reports and submit necessary changes to ensure the project stays within budget.
